For your consideration is this collection of Deputy Sheriff and Police wallet badge collection, circa mid 1900's. There are three badges in this collection, with two showing a wallet badge style design and the last showing a Deputy Sheriff badge. The first is a Deputy Sheriff badge from Oakland County, Michigan. The second is a Deputy Sheriff badge from Johnston County, North Carolina with a name of William Hovey. The last badge is an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Police with a badge number of 0817. The condition of these badges is good, with wear consistent with their age. Provenance: From the famed ex-collection of Western History, Jim Aplan. The measurements of these badges are 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" and 2" x 1 1/2".
