For your consideration is this variety of obsolete badge collection, circa early 1900's. There are six badges in this collection with a variety of places they were produced for. The first is an English Constabulary badge from Glouchestershire, England; it shows a hallmark from Birmingham. The next two are John Morrell & Co. badges with badge #: 1513 and 488. John Morrell & Co. was started in 1827 as an open-air street market. The next is a Weyerhaeuser Timber Co., out of Longview, Washington, Badge # 2701. The last badge is from the Connecticut Highway Repair Department and has the date of 7-6-14 centered on the badge. The condition of these badges is good for their age, with no obvious signs of damage and some patina adorning the faces and backings of the badges.
