Included in this lot are a set of Dr. Pepper and Coke bottle openers and a brass sidewalk marker originating from the mid 1900's. The collection consists of one coke bottle opener, a Dr. Pepper bottle opener, and a Dr. Pepper sidewalk marker. The two bottle openers are marked "Starr ‘X’ Patent Brown Co M. News VA" with the brand names across the front in red paint. The bottle openers attach with two screws to the wall. The sidewalk marker displays brass construction and is marked across the top, reading "Drink -10- 2 - Dr. Pepper Safety First - 4". The piece shows a tab on the bottom with the bottom marked "National Safety Marker Co. Pontiac, Mich Pat'd 4- 11 - 33". The pieces show good condition overall, with some light wear across the pieces due to age. The bottle openers measure 2 3/4" wide by 3 1/4" tall, with the marker measuring 3 1/2" in diameter by 2" tall.
