Included in this lot is a Dressel Adams and Westlake Kerosene railroad lantern. The Adams and Westlake brand railroad lanterns have become one of the most collected lanterns in today's collector’s market. Embossed on the crown is "D&RGWRR", which stands for Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad. The top of the crown is marked "Dressel Arlington, N.J." The red globe is marked "Adlake Kero D&RCW". This piece is in good condition for its age, only showing a few scratches on the crown. The lantern measures 9" tall without the handle, 14 1/4" tall with the handle, and 9 1/2" wide.
