Featured in this lot is this Dueber Hampden 17 jewels 10k gold filled Dueber case. The pocket watch features a wonderfully and professionally crafted 10k gold filled and 17 jewels construction that shows intricate decoration to the watch case and is marked as follows: Dueber Hampden - 10k gold filled - Dueber - 17 jewels - adjusted - Safety pinion - Canton O - No. 307. The condition of this Dueber Hampden pocket watch is preserved with the minute hand off its tine and shows a aging patina to the watch face with some wear to the watch case but otherwise is in preserved condition. The measurements of this pocket watch is 14" long chain with 2 1/4" x 1 3/4" dimensions for pocket watch. The collective weight of this pocket watch is 75.3g.
Provenance: From a prominent ex-Bozeman private collection who purchased the majority of his collection from Cowan's, Skinner, Bonhams, Morphy's, Sotheby's, March in Montana, North American Auction and other well revered auction houses.
