The lot features a highly stylized nickel and brass tacked and weeping heart inlaid American Indian Presentation Dag Knife with early age with makers stamp. The knife shows a beaver paddle double edge blade with stylized curved basal process forged accent. The handle shows a two-piece hardwood design with copper / brass rivets and inlaid with a weeping heart. There are larger nickel colored metal tacks and smaller brass colored tacks. The blade shows a faint square makers touch mark / hallmark which is indecernable but shows a block letter inside a rectangular stamping. The dag knife is well kept and displays beautifully. Measures overall 13 3/8-inches long by 2.5-inches wide.
