The lot features a full size, large cradleboard papoose with nice beadwork from the Northern Cree of Canada from the 20th-century. The cradle board shows a solid base with hoop wrapped in clothe and adorned with geometric glass trade seed beadwork with tanned hide fringes and ties. There is a large section of beadwork at the top, along the hoop, down the outside edges of the baby wrapping, across the top as well as a fancy section dangling from the hoop which includes Czech bugle beads and concho shells. There is a large doll in the papoose for display. The piece measures overall 32-inches long by 12.5-iches wide and 11-inches off the wall. The back has a mount for the wall.
