For sale in this lot is an mahogany grandfather clock in the empire style. The clock utilizes German made Elite movement, and utilizes gorgeous gold filigree on the face of the clock. The clock originates from around the turn of the 20th century, and shows classic Empire revival style, with simple yet elegant design elements. The clock strikes on the hour, and half-hour, on cylindrical chimes. Overall, the clock shows good aesthetical condition, though when wound, the clock only runs for approximately a half hour. The clock measures 92" tall, 26 1/4" wide, and 19 1/4" deep.
