Featured in this lot is a Smith engraved black powder percussion pistol. The pistol features a 5 1/2" octagonal barrel, walnut grip and stock, chambered in 52 gauge, and engraved lock plate. The pistol shows a percussion cap hammer with engraved floral patterns across the side of the hammer. The lock plate features engraved floral designs and is marked on the top with "Smith". The pistol shows good condition overall, with some wear and warm patina; the ram rod is missing. Serial Number: NSN. This firearm qualifies as an Antique and does not require FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
