The background of the piece shows the out line of snow covered peaks with barren trees in the mid ground. The piece is marked in the lower right and left hand corners. The bottom right corner is marked "G Running Wolf c 86" and the bottom left is marked 144/150 Gale Running Wolf Sr.". The print is set in a nice wood frame with a cream border around the painting. The piece features a informational paper on the back of the frame talking about Wolf and a bit of his history as a Montana Native American painter.
