Featured in this lot we have a George Lawrence leather holster. The George Lawrence Company of Portland, Oregon, a saddlery, harness and leather goods firm established in 1857 and incorporated in 1893. It was one of the largest makers of leather goods in the West. The holster is made of dark leather with tooled weave patterns along the border of the holster. The holster is marked "X95 - The George Lawrence Company - Portland. Oregon. U.S.A. - 96" on the back. The holster is in good condition overall, with some wear on the holster. The holster measures 12 1/4" long by 5 3/4" wide.
