Featured in this lot is this GIA rare Burmese ruby diamond and platinum ring with GGA and GIA paperwork. The ring features a polished, stamped, and tested platinum construction that is marked on the inside of the ring band as follows: Oscar Friedman - PT950. The ring shows a six stone placement of rare Burmese rubies with measurements of 6.5 x 4mm with type 3 clarity and deep red coloration 3/3 with a total weight of 3.70cts. The rubies are spaced with a total of 16 round brilliant cut diamonds with measurements of 2.3 x 2mm and clarity of SI1 - SI2 with coloration of G - H that shows a total diamond weight of 0.66cts. The piece comes complete with GGA(GemAssure Gemological Appraisals, GGA Appraisal Number#: GGA071496 and trace number: RN037249) report and appraisal confirming the above info and giving a total value of $11,590.00. GIA (Gemological Institute of America) Ruby Grading Report#: 5231369411. The ring size is US 7. The total weight of the ring is 6.9g. RN037249.
