For your consideration are seven black & white and hand-tinted photos from the Western Frontier & Nepal circa 1890-1920s. This lot includes a Yosemite National Park illustrated photo booklet featuring 31 photos with descriptions of the location (1926), a black & white photo of a man in a creek in Alaska (1908), a black & white photo of a doctor and his medical equipment, a hand tinted photo of Mt. Rainer by Ranapar Studios (1925), a hand-tinted photo of Mt. Everest taken from the Sandakphu Mountain near Darjeeling, an original black & white photo of James Earle Fraser's "End of the Trail" sculpture and a hand-tinted photo of a beach scene showing bright yellow flowers, bushes and sand in the foreground with large mountains in the background set in a blue/silver colored wood frame. The photos show good condition overall with wear present on the photos from their age and use over the years, but no signs of obvious damage is noted. The photos measure from 6 1/16" L x 4 3/4" W to 10 3/4" L x 17" W.
