This is a High Standard Field King model semi auto pistol chambered in .22 long rifle. The field king model was manufactured between 1951 and 1958. The pistol displays a 4 3/4" long round barrel, removable internal magazine, adjustable rear sight, metal frame, and brown plastic grips. The left side of the receiver is marked reading "HIGH STANDARD MFG. CORP. NEW HAVEN. CONN. U.S.A. FIELD-KING CAL. 22 LONG RIFLE". Mechanically the pistol shows good working condition with crisp trigger, good slide lock, and proper barrel release. The pistol shows good condition overall with some light wear due to use and handling. The pistol comes with its original brown factory box. The pistol and box weighs 3lbs 4oz. Serial Number: 385911. This is a modern firearm and requires a FFL transfer or NICS background check.
