This is a High Standard Sport King .22 long rifle semi-automatic pistol manufactured between 1951 and 1953. The pistol shows a blue’d 4 ½” barrel, frame, and action with brown plastic checkered grips. The barrel is marked "High Standard Mfg. Corp. Hamden. Conn. U.S.A.” and is marked “Sport King – Cal. .22 Long Rifle" on the right. The High Standard Sport King is in good, overall condition with a manufacture date between 1951 and 1953. The slide hold open is absent. Serial Number: 414113. This is a modern firearm and requires a FFL transfer or NICS background check.
