Featured in this lot is this bronze sculpture Door Knocker of a Bull and Bear from Montana artist Dave Hodges born in 1949. This bronze door knocker features a bull with a ring in his mouth than "knocks" on a Grizzly bears nose and the artist signature in the lower right corner with the date 1997, in the left corner is #74. Dave Hodges, a Big Timber Montana artist, graduated from MSU in 1979. In 1982, he began his professional career as a bronze sculptor and continues successfully in that field to this time. The condition of this bronze knocker is good with no obvious signs of damage and in good overall condition. The measurements of this bronze knocker are 7" x 4".
