Offered in this lot is a wonderful hand painted Polychrome traditional pot by Hopi potter Bernadette Poleahla, grand-daughter of Frieda Poleahla. This pot is decorated in dark brown and red on a cream base. The geometric shapes that the pot are decorated in also have images that look like Pueblos. The pot is signed on the bottom B. Poleahla and a mark of deer hoof prints. This pot is in a classical shape with a small 1" opening. The pot is 3 1/4" tall and 15" around at its wide point.
