Included in this lot is a large Hopi, "White Buffalo" dancer Kachina painting by Tomax. This painting shows a White Buffalo Dancer standing on a small dirt hill; the dancer is holding a bow in their left hand and a rattle above their head in their right hand. The dancer is predominantly painted white with fur accents, including a headdress with horns. The background is a light blue sky with clouds at the bottom behind the dirt hill. The bottom right hand corner of the painting is signed by the artist, "Tomax". This painting displays excellent detail and use of color. The painting is expertly set into a large silver painted wooden frame. The frame measures 20 3/4" by 26 3/4".
