Featured in this lot we have a Hopkins & Allen forehand model 1901 safety hammerless revolver chambered in .32 caliber. The revolver displays a 3" long ridged barrel, 5 shot cylinder, hard rubber grips, tip up design, double action trigger, and fixed iron sights. The tip up design shows a smooth hinge and spring retracted auto shell ejector. The top of the barrel ridge is marked "FOREHAND MODEL 1901 HOPKINS & ALLEN ARMS CO. NORWITCH, CT. U.S.A.". Mechanically the revolver shows a crisp trigger and good timing on the cylinder rotation. The revolver shows a good nickel finish in good condition overall with some light wear on the finish and exterior due to age and use. The pistol weighs 12oz. Serial Number: M2301. This firearm qualifies as a Curio & Relic firearm, and requires FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
