Available for auction is a Hopkins & Allen Model No. 822 Rolling Block single shot rifle in .22 caliber. This gun is in good condition. Stamping shows "Hopkins & Allen Arms Co. Norwich Conn USA". As well as No. 822 22 Long Rifle stamped on the barrel before the rear sights. Barrel and receiver show original factory bluing. Fore Grip maintains its original factory finish while the stock finish has worn. Butt is missing from the stock. Mechanical function on this gun is solid and operates as it should. The No. 822 also features a take down design by removing the swivel. Rifling within barrel is in good shape as well. This gun is classified as a Curio & Relic Long Gun and requires FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
