Featured in this lot is this Illinois Hardove point from the Early Archaic Period and aged from 10,000 - 7,500 B.P. The point shows a medium size triangular shape with a slightly serrated edge and an excurvate blade. The point is knapped from a light salmon pink chert material. The condition of this point is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this point are 3 1/2" x 2 1/4" x 1/4".
