In this lot is a collection of three Inuit, handcrafted Argillite figurines. The first of these figurines are two native children standing side by side. These children are shown in fur trimmed parkas and boots. The children have straight bowl cut hair and chubby cheeks. The two are side by side, blending together. The Argillite stone is a soft black and grey. The figurine measures 2 1/2" X 2 1/4 X 1 1/2". On the bottom of this figurine are two green felt pads and a sticker stating "Authentic Handcrafted From Alaska". The next figurine is a baby seal with big soft eyes. The young seal is on his back looking up. He is on the ground with his tail curved up and his left flipper on his chest. The seal measures 3" X 2 1/2" X 2". On the bottom of this figurine is a sticker that says "Nuvuk Canada". The last figurine is of two Polar Bear cubs wrestling. This figurine shows one cub upside down on his back with his brother on top of him. This is done in the same Argillite as the other two figurines. The bear cubs measure 2 1/2 ' X 2 1/2" X 2 ". The figurine has a sticker from "A Wolf Original Hand Made in Canada The Wolf Sculptures". The three figurines are in very good condition.
