For your consideration is this VTG Universal Specialties Corp. metal note pad and Goodrich inflation scale/ gauge inspection tool. The items show good craftsmanship with simple application, but work properly. The overall condition of these items is good; they show their age, with some oxidation to the gauge and the action on the note pad is hard to use. The measurements of the secretary note pad is 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" x 3 1/2" and the tire scale measures 10 1/2" x 2 1/4" when collapsed.
