The lot features a handmade pottery olla with geometric polychrome painted pattern and is signed by the artist Elizabeth Olguin of the Isleta Pueblo. The piece is painted with a white slip and pattern in black, brown, and red / orange. The bottom is marked "Eliz. Olguin Isleta, N. Mex." Elizabeth Olguin (Isleta, 20th century) Provenance: From the Collection of Bruce and Claire Montgomerie. Was found to be an authentic original by the experts at Hindman and Cowan's auction. Good condition with no apparent damages. Measures overall 7.5" diameter across by 5.75"H.
