This is an original sterling silver and turquoise pill box from Navajo Dine Native American Indian artist, Jeffery Castillo. The box is signed "Jeffery Castillo STERLING" and shows a traditional stamped Navajo design, with single turquoise stone set at the top and hinged lid exposing the coffin rectangular box.
