This is an excellent large and heavy sterling silver Navajo flask. The flask, sometimes referred to as a tobacco flask, shows a thick heavy sterling silver construction with vitnage pawn age. The lid, which fits perfectly into the piece ad has a silver chain attached is nicely stamped with a picto hallmark. The piece has clean old style stampings with thick twisted rope silver border. This is one of the larger example brought to auction and is in well kept very good condition. Also could be referred to as a canteen, flask, canister, or vessel. Overall the piece measures 4.25" by 3.5". Total weight of 187.8 grams.
