The lot features an unusual set of Kiowa Comanche Native American Indian attributed moccasins with beaded adornment and cowhide/steer hide soles. The set has a tanned hide construction with typical Kiowa Comanche pattern, two rows of linear beadwork, bifurcated forked tongue, fold over or slightly medium ankle, fringe at the outside edge of the beadwork, and fringe at the rear of the piece. The base of the moccasins shows parfleche rawhide cowhide/steer hide with hair on the sole in a rich red/brown Holstein coloring and worn foot pattern. This is a unique and not commonly seen pattern. The moccasins measure overall 10.5”L sole by 4.25”H ankle by 4”W.
