The photograph features a wonderfully and professionally crafted construction that shows a day ride on the Bright Angel Trail in the Grand Canyon, AZ. The photograph features a string of day riders lined up for the photograph to memorialize the expedition of Major J.W. Powell of 1869 through the Colorado River Canyons; The Kolb Brothers established a recreation to duplicate and modernize the trip in a realistic manner. This is a re-order of the original photograph as seen by the original date and the number following it on the photograph as stated but the back of the sleeve. The photograph is marked as follows: 7-22-35 - #93. The condition of this of this photograph is good and well preserved with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition.
