Featured in this lot is this L.A. Huffman reproduction print of an original photograph titled, "Cheyenne Mother And Child". Laton Alton Huffman (October 31, 1854 – February 28, 1931) was an American photographer of Frontier and Native American life. As described on the back of the poster board, Huffman shot this photo from his log studio in Miles City, MT. The print shows a Cheyenne mother holding her child on her back as she gazes into the camera. She is wearing a maroon and red trade blanket and earrings. The bottom left shows the title in black lettering and the bottom right shows L.A. Huffman's signature and the date the photo was taken (1975). The print shows good condition overall with no signs of wear or obvious damage present. The print is plastic wrapped and set on poster board to preserve it. The print measures 13 7/8" L x 10 13/16" W.
