For your consideration are two, first edition books, "The Scarecrow of Oz" (1915) & "Rinkitink in Oz" (1916) written by L. Frank Baum in 1915 & 1916. “The Scarecrow of Oz” (1915) follows Trot and Cap’n Bill after they’re swept into a strange corner of Oz, where they team up with the Scarecrow to outwit witches, break enchantments, and dethrone the cruel King Krewl to restore Princess Gloria’s rightful place. “Rinkitink in Oz” (1916) shifts the spotlight to Prince Inga of Pingaree, who embarks on a rescue mission after his island is invaded, teaming with the jovial King Rinkitink and the grumpy talking goat Bilbil as they use the Three Pearls of Power to survive trials across distant islands before Dorothy and the Wizard tie up the final loose ends. The books both feature their original dust jackets, but both show a fair amount of wear from their age and use. The books show good condition overall with slight wear present from their age and use over the years, but no major signs of damage is noted. They measure 9 1/4" L x 7 1/8" W x 1 1/4" D and have a collective weight of 3 pounds and 4 ounces.
