Featured in this lot we have a J. S. Ford Johnson and Company chair with fold out desk originating from the late 1800's to early 1900's. The chair displays sold wood construction with a leather seat and woven back rest. The right arm rest shows a hinged desk attached to the side with a simple wooden support. The bottom of the chair is marked "J. S. Ford Johnson & Co. Chicago, ILL.". The piece shows good condition for its age with some wear across the piece. The chair measures 44 3/4" tall by 40 1/2" at the widest and 18 1/4" deep.
