This is a scarce first edition of "Life of Kit Carson" written by Charles Burdett and published in 1865. The book chronicles the life and times of Kit Carson, a Western frontiersman, hunter guide and scout. The cover features a gilt decorated illustration. The book also has numerous illustrations throughout. The book shows good condition. It measures 5.25" x 7.5".
