For your consideration is this limited edition print by Nancy Glazier titled "A Brand New Hope" from 1999. Glazier knew she wanted to be an artist from early childhood. In her teens, she lived in Wyoming where she immersed herself in the rugged, western terrain. There she was mentored and taught by artist Adolph Spohr, who gave her private instruction and taught her how a professional uses paint and brush…how to observe and self-correct. The artist has taken hands-on anatomy classes that enable her to paint an amazingly accurate portrait of an animal from its bone structure to muscles to hair, bringing it life on her canvas. Her paintings have been featured at prestigious shows throughout the country, and two of her works hang in the Museum of Church History and Art in Salt Lake City. The print features three adult horses and three young horses trotting through a grassy plain, back lit by the sunset. The horses are light and dark brown and one is white with black spots. The artwork is set in a wood frame behind glass and is double matted. At the bottom of the print there is a gold colored metal tag reading, "A Brand New Hope by Nancy Glazier". The print comes with a certificate of authenticity and is numbered 683 out of 1,200 showing it is a limited edition piece. The art measures 16 1/2" x 33 3/4" W. The entire piece measures 26 1/2" L x 43" W.
