For your consideration is this limited edition print by Nancy Glazier titled, "Audacious" from 2000. Glazier knew she wanted to be an artist from early childhood. In her teens, she lived in Wyoming where she immersed herself in the rugged, western terrain. There she was mentored and taught by artist Adolph Spohr, who gave her private instruction and taught her how a professional uses paint and brush…how to observe and self-correct. The artist has taken hands-on anatomy classes that enable her to paint an amazingly accurate portrait of an animal from its bone structure to muscles to hair, bringing it life on her canvas. Her paintings have been featured at prestigious shows throughout the country, and two of her works hang in the Museum of Church History and Art in Salt Lake City. The print features a lone horse trotting along a grassy ridge with mountains and the sunset in the background. The sunset gives the horse a majestic, golden look as it looks towards the viewer. The horse features colors of brown and white. The print is numbered 505 out of 1,200 showing that it is a limited edition. The print also comes with a certificate of authenticity on the back of the frame. The frame is a dark colored wood with triple, light blue matting and set behind glass. At the bottom of the print it features a gold colored metal tag reading, "Audacious by Nancy Glazier". The frame and print are in good condition with no signs of obvious damage. The back of the frame has some wear to the paper backing but does not affect the integrity of the frame. The art measures 27 1/4" L x 17 1/4" W. The entire piece measures 38 3/4" L x 32" W.
