The piece is signed on the back by Navajo silversmith Melvin Thompson. The necklace boasts a large polished nugget of the Cripple Creek turquoise, and is flanked on both sides of the chain by rolled silver beads. Overall, the necklace shows good condition, showcasing a warm silver patina. When unclasped, and stretched out, the necklace measures 23" long.
