Featured in this lot is a wonderful blue agate and 18k gold carved cameo pendant. The pendant is housed in a golden frame, with a black stone base, and carved blue agate on top. The layering of thin materials creates for deep contrasting color, and a gradient that wouldn't be achievable without a base color. The expertly crafted brooch pin or pendant displays a fine carving of a Victorian Era Woman, adorned by flowers. The brooch is marked on the bottom with ".750 - NA", denoting it to 18k gold purity. The hanger is also stamped ".750". The brooch shows very good condition. The piece measures 1 1/2" tall, and 1" wide.
