Featured in this lot we have a Marlin Model 336 Lever Action Carbine rifle cambered in .30-30. The 20" blue'd barrel features a fixed front sight and buckhorn rear sight. The barrel is marked "The Marlin Firearms Co. New Haven Conn. U.S.A.- Est. 1870 Model 336 R.C. - 30-30 Cal MICRO-GROOVE BARREL." The receiver, hammer, trigger and trigger guard are blue'd as well. The straight grain walnut fore grip is in excellent condition and the walnut stock showcases some stunning figure. The rifle comes with a black plastic butt stock with "Marlin" in the middle. The stock features an American dime and quarter set into the grip with the carved initial "M" on the stock. The stocks finish across the coins give them a warm tint and making them look golden. Action is crisp and functions as intended. The rifle weighs 6lbs 14oz. Serial Number: U25532. This is a modern firearm and requires a FFL transfer or NICS background check.
