Featured in this lot we have a Miles Metzger soapstone Dolphin cresting a wave statue originating from 1986. The dolphin is carved from a dark soapstone with some brown and grey lines throughout and the wave is made of a light tan and grey soapstone. The piece is marked on the bottom, reading "Miles Metzger 1986 - 89/500". The piece is one of only 500 like statues. The statue is in good condition with no signs of damage.
