The lot features a Crow Native American Indian fully beaded belt buckle slide dating to circa 1940-1950’s from Montana. The piece shows an Indian tanned hide construction with calico trade clothe lining and all glass trade seed beads of an early age showing a geometric and floral pattern. The beads show a sky padre blue background with flower in red, orange medium greens and a border of Cheyenne pink with additional fancy border in corn yellow, cobalt, and red. The back shows an Indian tanned hide split which would allow the wide belt to slide through. Some slight bead loss. Measures 5.5”x5 5/8”.
