The lot features a fully top beaded hide flat bag from the Montana Crow Native American Indians dating to mid-to-late-1900's. The bag, of a nice medium to large size, is constructed of Indian tanned buckskin hide with hard backing inside and lined with mid-century trade clothe floral calico covered on the front and edges with glass trade pony beads in a geometric pattern. The background is in medium blue with other colors of corn yellow, red, royal blue, black, maroon, and semi-transparent orange. The piece has a buckskin Indian tanned hide top strop with trade cotton thread sewing with varying coloring. The bag is in good overall condition with little to no bead loss. Measures 19.25"L by 8.25"W.
