Offered in this lot is a modern, Native American style, stone head skullcracker war club. This modern war club is made in a Native American style, but was not made by Natives. The piece displays a smooth stone head with an axe-shaped head attached with dyed red leather straps. The handle shows a mostly debarked handle, with carved spiral designs in the bark, and a parfleche wrap. The piece shows good condition overall, with some light wear across the piece. The club measures 24 1/2" tall by 7 1/4" wide.
