Featured in this lot is this natural ruby and diamond platinum tennis bracelet with AIG paperwork. The bracelet shows a electronically tested platinum ladies cast tennis style bracelet showing new condition and fantastic workmanship and shows a 'Orianne' hallmark and an 'PT950' stamp. The links of the bracelet show 19 prong set pear mixed cut natural rubies that measure 6.00mm x 4.00mm x 2.40mm and shows clarity is heavily included and considered type II with dark very slightly brownish and purplish red. The links show pear shape halos profusely decorated with 323 prong set round brilliant cut diamonds with I-1 to I-2 clarity and shows F - H coloration with a total weight of 1.48cts. This bracelet shows the best quality, and considered a tennis bracelet. Reference to this bracelet as a tennis bracelet began in 1987 during a tennis Open match—the American tennis player, Chris Evert, suddenly lost her diamond bracelet in the middle of the game.
