Featured in this lot is this Navajo regional red and blue diamond rug from Navajo weaver Amy Martinez circa 2017 (Purchased directly from the weaver in 2017. She spoke to the weaver directly and the weaver told her that this was the very first rug that she ever did under the teachings of her Navajo Grandmother. Amy Renee Martinez was from Many Farms, Arizona (known in Navajo as: Dá'ák'eh Halání) when the rug was purchased in 2017.). The rug features a wonderfully and professionally crafted hand woven wool construction that shows a central stepped medallion with blue and red coloration and purple tassels. The condition of this Navajo rug is well preserved with no obvious signs of damage and shows a well preserved overall condition. The measurements of this rug are 30" x 16".
