For your consideration is this Navajo hand woven wool rug from the Bistie region. The rug shows some of the tightest hand knotted finishes of any rug we have offered for sale. Bistie means badlands in Navajo. This rug has four borders surrounding a central field, which is characteristic of Bistie regional weaving style. The beige, brown, cream, and gray border surrounds an intricate diamond and squash blossom shape design. This 20th Century rug is in excellent condition with tight weaving and crisp lines. It measures 32.5" x 47".
