Featured in this lot is this Navajo Chinle banded chevron hand woven rug circa 1960's. The rug features a wonderfully and professionally crafted wool construction. The rug features a traditional Chinle pattern with bands of stepped chevrons in the center of the bands with a field of black with bands of gold and heathered grey with the coloration of the chevrons including black, white, and gold coloration. The condition of this hand woven rug is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this rug are 55" x 30 1/2". The thread count is 84 threads per square inch.
