Featured in this lot is this inlaid Kingman turquoise and red branch coral knife from Navajo knife maker David Yellowhorse. The knife shows a wonderfully and professionally crafted clip point construction that shows a small hilt and hand that is inlaid with Kingman turquoise cabochon that shows a beautiful blue luster and a heavy matrix with bands of red branch coral cabochon set throughout the handle. the knife is shown in a roughout leather sheath that holsters the knife in with a button clasp. David Yellowhorse is a uniquely talented fourth- generation Native American silversmith whose reputation for creating handmade tribal works of art has brought him recognition throughout the jewelry and cutlery industries. David is a master at his craft and his work is highly regarded and collected worldwide. The condition of this knife is good with no obvious signs of damage to the knife or the sheath and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this knife and sheath are 8" x 1 3/4" and the knife measures 7 1/2" x 1 1/4" and the blade measures 4".
