Presented in this lot is an Original Navajo Delvin J. Nelson Turquoise Inlay Silver Cuff Bracelet, circa 1960s-1970s. Delvin J. Nelson, Navajo master silversmith, was known as an early pioneer for his high-quality chip inlay jewelry. He has embellished this cuff with stamp work throughout. Chip inlay is small pieces of genuine turquoise kept in place with epoxy resin. The Navajo artist, Tommy Singer, invented it during the 1960s. Nelson's hallmark, "DJN", is stamped on the reverse. This beautiful inlay turquoise silver cuff bracelet is in very nice condition, rich patina exhibited throughout. Measures 1.75"W x 2.25"L. The total weight is 23.1 grams.*
