Offered in this lot is a collection of nine pairs of earrings made of silver in Mexico. The first six pairs are different styles of hoop earrings. The first pair is 1" across and is in a twisted rope shape it is marked .925 and HAN. The next pair is 1" across and made of a series of bands giving the impression of a snake and is marked .925 on the end with a snake symbol. The next pair is 1 1/8" across and 3/8" wide. The earrings are shadow box shaped with two rows of thirty four silver drops. Inside one of the earrings is stamped Mexico .925 TH-127. The next set is thick rounded loops. The loops measure 1" across and 1" wide at their widest points. These earrings are stamped .925 and the artist mark. The next pair is a longer rounded loop made of two parts matched perfectly, They measure 1 1/2" long X 1" wide X 1/4" thick. The last of the hoop earrings is made of a series of petit rings set into a frame. There are forty ring on each earring, these earrings are quite striking. The next pair of earrings is a set of silver teardrop earrings. These classic shape earrings are 2" long from the top of the hook and 3 1/2" long total. The next pair is a small shell shaped earring with a blue stone inlayed to the center. These earrings are 3/4" long and 1/2" at the wide point and are stamped .925 PLATA (Spanish for Silver) The last pair of earrrings in this lot are silver button stud with a silver spiral hanging down with an Onyx stone set in the center. The earrings hang down 2" from the post. The spiral is 1 1/4" wide and the onyx stone is 1/2" across. All these earrings are in good condition with varying amounts of patina.
