The Wide Ruins Navajo rugs borrow from the Chinle rug designs but tend to be much more intricate in design with more colors. This style of weaving uses a bead stitch of alternating weft colors called railroad tracks in some of the bands. This rug is in good condition, with a thick weave. The tassels are on all four corners of the of the rug and shows colors such as beige, with two shades of grey, and a dark blue. The measurements of this rug are 55 1/2" x 34".
