Originally the Old Crystal trading post was established in 1894, in this remote part of the Navajo Reservation Southwest of Two Grey Hills and Northwest of Gallup. The rugs traditionally had an Oriental motif with multiple borders, large central medallions and numerous hooks. This rug is in pristine condition with an intricate medallion centered inside a larger medallion that is hooked. This Native American rug has two borders with borders with a field of beige surrounding the medallions in the center. This rug has two tassels on all four corners of the rug.
